Change Billing Details

Change these billing details easily by clicking here.

  • Enter your new billing details. These details will be shown on your next Moroc invoice.

View & Download Invoices

To download your invoices, please navigate to your subscriptions page here.

  • Locate the subscription associated with the invoice you're looking for.
  • Click on “View Invoices.”
  • All paid invoices for that subscription will be displayed.
  • Click the download icon under the “Downloads” heading next to the relevant invoice.

Cancel Active Subscription

To cancel an active subscription, please navigate here.

  • Go to the subscriptions page and locate the subscription you want to cancel.
  • Click the grey “Cancel Subscription” button.
  • Once the current subscription period ends, your Moroc company page, content, and website will be hidden.
  • Auto-billing for this subscription will be paused until you choose to renew.

Upgrade Plan

If your storage is running low and you need to upgrade your data plan, the process is simple. Please navigate to your subscriptions page here.

  • Navigate to your subscription page and locate your active subscription.
  • Click the blue "Upgrade" button and select the plan you'd like to switch to.
  • Complete the checkout process. Your new plan will become active immediately, your previous plan will expire, and its auto-billing will be canceled.
  • If you have no active data plan, you must renew your subscription before you upgrade.
  • Ultimate (3GB) is the highest available plan and cannot be upgraded further.

Downgrade Plan

If you'd like to downgrade to a lower data plan, please note that the process can be a bit involved, as your current data usage must first be reduced to fit within the limits of the new plan. Please navigate to your subscriptions page here.

  • Downgrades are only available for data plans: Growth (1GB) and Ultimate (3GB).
  • Scroll to the bottom of the subscriptions page, where you'll see a section titled "Need to downgrade your plan?".
  • Click the blue "Contact Us" button to open the request form.
  • Select the plan you'd like to downgrade to, then click "Submit Request".
  • A member of the Moroc team will contact you via email to discuss your options.

Update Card Details

If you need to update your card details for the subscription autobill, please navigate to your subscriptions page here.

  • Locate your active data subscription plan.
  • Click the “Update Card” button.
  • Enter your new card details.
  • Your next auto-billing charge will be applied to the new card.

  • Make any necessary changes to the fields. If you don’t wish to update your password, simply leave the password fields blank.

Delete Account

Deleting your Moroc account will also permanently delete your website, if applicable. All content will be removed, and your business will no longer be visible on Moroc. Any active auto-billing services will be cancelled immediately. To proceed, visit here.

  • Navigate to the "Account Deletion" section and click the "Delete Account" button.

Adjust About Us

The 'About Us' section is your first impression—giving potential clients a quick glimpse into who you are and what your business is all about.

  • Be specific with the AI to receive the best company description possible.
  • If you're not happy with the AI response, simply click "Reset AI Response".
  • AI is always optional, simply type your company description in the "About Us" field and save.
  • No profanity or sexual content permitted.

Change Background

Your company background should be used to captivate potential clients.

  • If  you upload a background image, try to upload landscape images only.
  • Ensure no inappropriate content.
  • Feel free to use our stock image library.

Adjust Company Types

Company types represent the industries in which your business operates. If, for example, you also sell products or services on the side, be sure to include that company type.

  • Select or deselect any company type as needed.
  • A maximum of three company types may be selected.
  • Adjusting your selected company types will place you within the corresponding moroc directories.
  • Your primary company type is permanent and cannot be changed.

Adjust Logo

Your logo is used across the Moroc platform to represent your company.

  • After uploading your logo, begin by adjusting its size to ensure it looks just right.
  • If your logo includes a background colour, Moroc will automatically detect it to support proper scaling.
  • If your logo is transparent, you're free to choose any background colour you like.
  • Once saved, you can upload a smaller version of your logo—such as a symbol—to be used as your mini logo. If you don't have one, your main logo will be used instead.
  • The mini logo is used across the Moroc platform, except on your main company page. For example, it appears in stream posts and directories.

Adjust Services

Select from a predefined list of services respective to your company type(s).

  • Select or deselect the services that are relevant to your business.
  • The services you choose will affect how your business appears in the directories.

Adjust Service Areas

Select from a predefined list of service areas, based on the Local Government Areas (LGAs) within your state.

  • Zoom in on the map and select or deselect Local Government Areas (LGAs) as needed.
  • The service areas you choose will determine which users see your business in the directories.

Refresh Google Data

Update your Google data to ensure the information displayed is accurate and up to date.

  • Your website, phone number, location, and reviews will be refreshed with the latest data.
  • Updating your Google Business Profile can impact how your profile ranks on Moroc, due to our review-based ranking logic.
  • If you have a Moroc website package, make sure to update your Google Business Profile to include your Moroc website link.

The subheading appears below your company name on your page. You can update it to better reflect your business or include a company slogan.

  • Click the blue edit icon next to the subheading.
  • Enter your new subheading and click save.
  • If you change your mind, click the "Restore Default" button to revert to the original subheading.

Stream makes it easy to share visual updates about your business. Keep Moroc users informed and/or ensure your website content stays fresh.

  • Upload images directly from your computer or mobile device.
  • Adding a location helps Moroc users discover your post in a more relevant context.
  • If your post involves a collaboration, tag any relevant companies that have a presence on Moroc.
  • Please ensure your content is appropriate—profanity and offensive material are not permitted.

Edit a Stream Item

If you want to ammend a post on the stream, Moroc makes it easy for you.

  • Click the three dots in the top-right corner of your post.
  • Edit the text as needed—add or remove content at any time.
  • Remove any images you no longer wish to include.
  • Please ensure all content is appropriate—profanity and offensive material are not allowed.

Delete a Stream Item

You have the ability to remove a stream post at any time.

  • Click the three dots in the top-right corner of your post.
  • Select the "Remove" option.
  • All content, including images, will be permanently deleted from Moroc's storage.

Pin a Stream Item

Pin up to five stream items to ensure they show before any others.

  • Click the three dots in the top-right corner of your post.
  • Select the "Pin" option.
  • The post will be pinned to the top and displayed before all other pinned Stream items.

Create a Project

Projects give you the opportunity to share a detailed write-up about a specific project.

  • Easily add images to your projects.
  • Use AI assistance or create a paragraph block to include detailed information about your project.
  • If you're a builder, for example, you can add an enquiry form to a specific project to generate interest and leads. All enquiries will be sent to your Moroc account email address.
  • Please ensure all content is appropriate—profanity and offensive material are not allowed.

Edit a Project

Expand on existing projects by adding updates whenever possible.

Delete a Project

Projects can be deleted at any point of time.

  • Within the relevant project, click the blue "Edit" button. You'll see a red "Remove" button next to it—click this to delete the project.
  • All content, including images, will be permanently deleted from Moroc's storage.

Enable/Disable Projects

Projects is an optional feature, but highly recommended. You can enable or disable it at any time with ease.

  • Navigate to your Projects area and click the blue button next to "Your Projects". A pop-up will appear with the option to enable or disable Projects.
  • Please note that if you disable Projects, any of your projects featured on Moroc Explore will be hidden until you enable the feature again.

Reviews

Reviews is an optional feature, but highly recommended. You can enable or disable it at any time. Even if Reviews is disabled, your Google rating will still appear within the "About Us" area of your page and continue to be used across the platform for ranking purposes.

  • You need a minimum of four Google reviews to enable this section.
  • Go to the blue button next to "Your Reviews" at the bottom of your page. Click it to open the pop-up.
  • You can easily show or hide Google review dates and review photos by selecting the relevant options in the pop-up.
  • Your "Write Review" link can be shared with customers, allowing them to leave a Google review on your business profile.
  • You can refresh your Google reviews from this pop-up, which functions the same as clicking "Refresh Google Data" within "Manage Page".
  • Enable or disable the Reviews section by selecting the appropriate option in the pop-up.

Add a Detail (Website Only)

The company detail panel lets you share additional information about your business, such as a current special offer or a recent award.

  • Simply enter a heading for your detail.
  • Provide the AI with context regarding the detail heading.
  • If you're not happy with the AI response, simply click "Reset AI Response".
  • AI is always optional, simply type your description in the "Description" field and save.
  • Please ensure all content is appropriate—profanity and offensive material are not allowed.

Edit a Detail (Website Only)

Editing a detail is just as simple as creating one. You might need to make changes, such as updating the pricing on a special offer.

  • Click the "Pen" icon next to the detail you wish to edit.
  • Update the heading or description as needed.
  • Please ensure all content is appropriate—profanity and offensive material are not allowed.

Delete a Detail (Website Only)

If a company detail is no longer relevant, you can easily remove it.

  • Click the "Pen" icon next to the detail you wish to edit.
  • Scroll to the bottom of the pop-up and click the "Remove" button.
  • Please note that you must maintain a minimum of four details.

Reorder Details (Website Only)

If you'd like to change the order of your details, you can easily reorder them.

  • Click and hold the "Grip" icon to the left of the detail you want to move.
  • Drag it to your desired position and release to reorder.

Enable/Disable Detail Panel (Website Only)

By default, the Detail Panel is disabled. To display it on your website, you’ll need to enable it.

  • Above your details, you’ll see a blue button. Click it to open a pop-up with the option to "Enable". Select this to activate the Detail Panel on your website. When deactivated, an alert icon will be displayed.
  • To disable the Detail Panel, click the same button and select "Disable" from the pop-up.

Manage Public Descriptions

Public Descriptions are short paragraphs that explain different sections of your company page. You can customise them to better reflect your business, tone of voice, and style.

  • Public Descriptions are available only on your Stream, Projects, and Reviews.
  • To edit a description, click the blue button next to the section heading and choose "Change Public Description".
  • You’re free to customise these descriptions however you like.
  • If you’d like to revert to the original text, first save your changes, then repeat the steps above and click the grey "Restore Default" button.

Upgrade To Website

Upgrading to a website will give you more website exclusive features such as Detail Panel and Image Blocks.

  • Go to "Manage Page" and select "Upgrade to Website".
  • Complete the checkout process.
  • Choose your domain name carefully—once selected, it cannot be changed.
  • Once launched, that’s it—your website is live.

Accessing Your Website

Accessing your website is straightforward.

  • Visit your page on Moroc and click on "Your Website", located next to "Manage Page".
  • Clicking this will open your website in a new tab.

Google Advertising

Every Moroc website can be easily integrated with Google Ads to help boost your business growth.

  • Start by choosing a Google Ads provider. We recommend our partner, CLIQ Marketing Content. You can find their enquiry form under "Manage Page" by selecting the "Recommended Google Ads Provider" tab.
  • Your Google Ads agency will provide you with a code to enter in the "Google Ads" tab within "Manage Page".
  • Once the code is saved, your agency will be able to track enquiries from your website, including both the main enquiry form and any project-specific forms.
  • If you wish to stop Google advertising, arrange this with your agency and remove the code from the "Google Ads" tab in "Manage Page".

Legal Obligations: Where required by law, court orders, or public authority requests.

No Sale or Rental: We do not sell, trade, or rent personal information for marketing purposes.

7. Enquiries and Communications

Moroc forwards your enquiries submitted via the Platform directly to businesses. Moroc does not store enquiry details beyond necessary technical functions. Once forwarded, Moroc assumes no responsibility or liability regarding the handling of your personal information by recipient businesses.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
