I bought my Certified MB AMG from Melboure Mercedes. Great customer service. Gregg was fantastic. Honest. Very professional in all aspects of the sales process. Very knowledgeable with MB products. Generous too..... i asked Gregg for 2 free keyrings of my choice upon purchasing the vehicle..... and "viola!!!" no iffs or butts!! For all your 2nd hand MB vehicles ( and brand new), look no further. The sales staff are ready and willing to assisst you. Highly recommended! P.S. Don't be afraid to haggle!

0 start! Went in to check out a car, but the salesperson Ken was rude and completely unprofessional. I didn’t feel respected as a customer at all. I walked out and bought a car from the BMW dealership instead. If you’re considering buying a car here — don’t bother. Take your business elsewhere. Terrible experience.

MY BIGGEST MISTAKE WAS TRUSTING THE DEALERSHIP AND BUYING WITHOUT AN INDEPENDENT INSPECTION I recently bought a 2021 E-Class with only 44,000 km, thinking that buying from a dealership meant peace of mind and a stress-free purchase — no issues, no surprises. I was wrong. After the vehicle was delivered to my home, I discovered damage to the front bumper (left corner) and heavy scratches on the rear bumper — none of which were visible in the online photos. So there was no way to know beforehand. I admit my mistake and have learned a valuable lesson: never buy a vehicle like this without a proper inspection. To make matters worse, the very next day I had to get the car inspected for chauffeur work — and the inspector found that the tyres were not roadworthy, even though the dealership had issued a roadworthy certificate. When I went back to them, they excused it by saying “You got a discount, so some things have to be overlooked.” After a long discussion, they agreed to replace the rear tyres, but I had to pay for the front ones out of my own pocket. Tonight, while driving on the highway, a message popped up: “CHECK BRAKE PADS — SEE OWNER’S MANUAL” This clearly means they either didn’t check the brakes or didn’t care. It’s becoming clear this was a rushed or careless job, possibly even a scam. And if I go back now, I know exactly what they’ll say: “We gave you a discount.” Please, please, please — if you’re buying a car from this dealership, check everything yourself. Do not rely solely on their roadworthy certificate or their word.
